i never heard of reverse osmosis- but i see its just a special filtration system. the crazy thing about the pari lc plus, is that i can use it just 2 or 3 times and boil it after each use and it still seems to clog up and could take an hour to administer .63 ampule of xopenex! LOL thats why i am really wanting to use the sprint. i am not sure what meds it is approved for, i dont see it on the pari site, but we were given it by the RT with xopenex- i am pretty sure it is usable with that and probably a couple of the other common CF treatments (pulmozyme, albuterol, etc).
