<br />We replace Zoe's all the time! It is crazy! As soon as they start to not push out the air good enough, Scott calls Pari directly, tells them it isn't working properly, they immediately send us out a new one overnight....they even provide a return postage paid label. They have never given us any problems with replacing hers. I think she is on her 6-8th one in about 2 years!!

I WISH pari would be so kind to send a new one out overnight and postage paid label. I guess I'm just not talking to the right people. I've always had to package it up, mail it with some sort of confirmation #, which they provide and then wait to receive a new one after about two weeks. Will have to make some calls over my lunch hour.

With Devilbiss they will only work thru the local durable medical equipment (DME) provider -- they mail it out and in about three weeks we get a new one, nor postage charges.

Yay! So glad to hear that they helped you out! The last one that Zoe received was the new Vios...it seems to be working great so far!

UGH! Why are Pari's compressors useless after 2 years? I don't get it. I have gone through 3 pari compressors in the last 3 years--all of them were the ULTRA. Now, I have a VIOS and I am hoping this lasts at least 1 year!

What is the deal with these compressors? Why are they making them so cruddy??????

I also have a backup, emergency compressor which is portable and can be battery opperated. That one has lasted me 10 years at least and I use it WHEN THE PARI decides to stop working which is usually once a year.

what is with their product????????

If they have a warranty for 5 years, shouldn't it last AT LEAST 2 YEARS????
