Peak Flow Meters

Has anyone used this one? I'd like to get one for home but there are so many to choose from. Any info would be great! Thanks, Kelly

Hi Kelly,

There are several kinds of peak flows available. I think the most important part is that Dillon uses the same one each time to show consistancy. I would get one that is comfortable for him to hold. We have had some that are very akward. You can see where his #'s are when he is well and see how they drop when he becomes sick. This is a great way to see if he is having a "flare up".

Thank you for replying. I'm sorry that your angel is gone. It can't be easy. We are in the last 9 days of a 6 week stay at the hospital so I want to get a meter soon to be able to keep track of his numbers at home and whats going on with him. I guess it will be trial and error finding the best one. Thank you again, Kelly
