God if i were ever to make a site asking for anything regarding CF apparently I should come here and make sure the CF police find everything in perfect order. It is completely possible that he could go from great shape to really sick. And maybe he doesn't know what he is talking about. I agree with Emily, he should know if he is asking for money, but just because he doesn't doesn't mean that he doesn't have CF. And people make up their ages all the time on myspace. He could just be a guy with CF who doesn't know much and doesn't use the right terminology.
What about giving him a break until we know for sure, or are we guilty until proven innocent now?
And I feel really sorry for people like Mike and Ryannie55 who feel the need to insult others for believing someone. Bitter much?

Edited to add: If someone with CF really wants to raise money they need to go to the media and let others know that route. Usually in a case with a health story, they do call the doctors offices.
