Percussors for CPT

Does anyone know where I can get baby size percussors for CPT?

Can I order them online?

Or if anybody here lives in Houston, Texas and has an idea where they are sold please tell me. My husband's friend lives there and I will tell him to buy them and mail them to me.

Your CF center's respiratory therapist or physical therapist should be able to get you some. I wouldn't know where to buy them, but I would call the center and have them mail some to you.

I could not find where you can get them though. We got ours from the CF clinic many many years ago.

You can find the contact info for this company and ask them where you can get this product. I figure at least, you now have the exact name for this product.

Good luck. I'll keep looking to see if I can find anything else out.

Well dog gone it, if I'd just waited a minute... Did a search for palm cup percussors and found a few sites that sell them. Looks like they have to ordered by the box and run about $165. This may/should be covered by your insurance. Found a place where you can purchase a single pair instead of the whole box of 40-50!

Be sure to look for the correct size. I wouldn't think you would actually need an entire box, it'd last a lifetime that's for sure.

I don't live in the US and we don't have CF centers in my country. That's why I thought I'd let my husband's friend (who lives in Houston, Texas) know where he can find them, buy them and then mail them to me.

I will look further into some other ways of getting them. maybe ask my husband's friend to visit a CF center near him and see if he can get any.

Why not just order them and have them delivered to your husbands friend in Houston or have him order them. Sorry to say, I actually doubt that a CF center here in the US that is not familiar with the patient will be of much help.
