What a great idea! Why haven't I thought of this BEFORE!???? I'm going to look into picking up one of those. This way I could be even more proactive about my CF and FEV, instead of panicking when it's time to go to the dr. every 3 months!!!!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

Why haven't doctors told us about these things? I would think these would be a must have for cf patients.

I think many doctors worry about getting fixated on the numbers as well as the quality of the device you might use. BUT like anything else it should be used as a tool & not the sole deciding factor in your health status.......

Hmmm...this is interesting.
For those of you that have these, what does your doctor say about it?

Can you ever just do your own PFT at home or take your machine & do a PFT on your own machine in front of the doctor on clinic visit days, or do they insist that you use their machines?
