PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi I am 20 and living with my fiance,
we want to get married and we hate that we are living in sin but we know we will be forgiven... the only thing holding us back... INSURANCE!

We cannot afford this by ourselves. Right now I'm on my parents Bluecross Insurance and CRS but it runs out in October. And we are looking for a really really good insurance. My Doctors suggested that I find a alternative pharmacy for my meds instead of the cystic fibrosis pharmacy. Can someone please give me suggestions or comments!? Thank you so much for your time in reading and replying to this.

PLEASE HELP!!!! Insurance Help in Alabama!?

I can't help much with the insurance, because we have it through my husband's job. However, you could have a strictly "church" ceremony, as I know a few others have due to insurance issues (I've also read that it is not uncommon with older people for social security issues, etc.). That may work for you until you can make it "legal" after you get your insurance worked out <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .

Do you go to UAB? If so, request a meeting with the Social worker to discuss insurance options. Are you eligible for disability? If that's a possiblity, you may also want to discuss that with her.

There is a thread here about Foundation Care Pharmacy being a good one. I'm thinking of trying them myself, as CFS drives me NUTS with their billing system. I don't know where in Alabama you are, but also try a small local pharmacy. We use one here called J&J (I think they are part of the Good Neighbors pharmacy network), and they are much more likely to go to bat for me about getting generics, making suggestions for alternatives and calling the insurance company to get things approved than any big chain.

Good luck..
