Possible move to Tennessee anyone else there?

Hi,
My hubby will be graduating with his mba and we are looking at transitioning to Nashville area of Tennessee. Is their anyone out there who can give me feedback about Vanderbilit hospital?

1) Are their any medical programs through the state that aren't income based?
2) I am eligible for Medicare does this hospital accept it?
3) How is the weather year round there?
4) Does the mountains complicate your cf with the latitude?
5) Any advise on somewhere else to check out if Vanderbilt isn't where you like?
