Pre-mixed Colistin

Has anyone used the premixed colistin and had any side effects from it? I noticed it last cycle I was on it. Started with lower right lung stabbing pain only relief was putting pressure on it. Then the next few days is moved to the I guess diaphram area. It's done the same thing this time. Last time I didn't think anything of it. I stopped it this morning and I'm waiting for it to clear and then I'm going to start my powder colistin that I mix myself. I'm ten days into my cycle. I'm just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this.

oh fantastic. I know there was an FDA investigation. I'd love to take some ibuprofen cause I'm sure I'm all inflammed but I can't. I know it went away after a few days last time, think I'll switch back to my powder stuff.

Yea, I'm starting Colistin next week and the nurse told me about the problems with pre-mixed. She said that someone died from Colistin that they reconstituted and stored in the refrigerator. So idk if the "premixed" one-use ones are an issue, but I am being ordered 60 150mg vials for a month. Thank God I have decent insurance.

I plan on getting the vials that I mix next time. I've been using my back up stash and haven't had any issues from it.
