wow, i really feel for you. i remember that feeling, and it must be hard to be having as much as you are.
since you've already tried alot of things already i'd begin changing my diet if i were you.
stick to whole grains, veggies (that don't bloat-stay away from broccoli and asparagus) and fruits and lean meats. alot of yogurt and healthy proteins. if i were in your shoes i'd cut out any fatty food or fried food and keep anything artificial or processed to a major minimum.
this is what i did when i was preg, and although bloating, gas, and constipation go with any preg territory, i felt very comfortable considering.
look up digestive friendly veggies and recipes and ones to avoid too.
of course our cf is going to give us digestive/absorption troubles, but your body is telling you that you are having a hard time digesting something. maybe you have too much animal product or fatty products in your body?-they're hard for anyone to digest even for a non cfer with digestive enzymes.
i wish you well!!!

I've never been pregnant, but I saw this thread and just thought I'd suggest Miralax. I suffered from some bad DIOS growing up and Miralax is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Miralax is OTC and can be found at Traget, Walgreens, Costco etc. I caution against too much fiber as it absorbs water and can dehydrate CFers (which is why upping fiber can sometimes make things worse). Just a thought!

It tastes horrible, but drinking an ounce of Mucomyst 2-4x/day works great. It's almost like liquid plumber. You can either down it like a shot or mix it with something else to dilute the taste. It will also boost your immune system.

Thanks for all your help! Thankfully things seem to be slightly better at the moment and I am finding eating tinned prunes every other day also seems to help a little. Keeping my fingers crossed that the really bad patch is over but if it gets worse again I will start trying the other ideas that have been recommended!
