I too doubt that this work as convenient as it would be for all you guys with little ones. Enzymes have to be able to work in the small intestine and if they started to break down in the mouth they would be much less effective, if at all.

It's also probably good to get small children used to taking pills early on so it's not a struggle into older childhood. I don't have any clue how old your daughter is and when I was an infant/toddler I did take enzymes in apple sauce. But I could take a handful of 15-20 pills at once before I was even in school. Not bragging (although my pill taking ability is totally radical) just saying it's a good skill to have early on.
