I asked my Dr about this.
He said I need to get more sleep, but if I still exercise I should try doing less time but better exercise, like a 15 minute jog instead of 40 mins on the eliptical. Makes sense to me! I went to bed earlier yesterday and felt so much better today, so less exercise and more sleep for me.
Second trimester offically starts tomorrow <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> Woo hoo!
