I take them daily. Twice daily when I'm on antibiotics. I have several different brands open at any given time and I alternate haphazardly. They all seem to have different amounts and blends of 'stuff'. I find it helps tremendously to take them! In fact if I forget for a few days (like when I went on a biz trip for a week and didn't bring them - DOH!) I was miserable. After getting the GI critters reestablished (takes a few days of 2/day) all is back to normal (CF-style normal for me that is). <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> ~Juliet

OH, the other thing I should mention, is that in addition to yogurt, pickles (or fermented things) also have some of the 'good' cultures in them. I'm not a yogurt fan, but you can't keep me away from a good dill pickle! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> ~Juliet

OH, the other thing I should mention, is that in addition to yogurt, pickles (or fermented things) also have some of the 'good' cultures in them. I'm not a yogurt fan, but you can't keep me away from a good dill pickle! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> ~Juliet
