Wanted to get a better probiotic and there are so many out there. Which one do you like and why and where can I get it?

We just started my son on probiotics. We give him Culturelle for kids daily. $28/month at CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreen's, etc.

I give my dd <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.amazon.com/Enzymatic-04363-Pearls-IC-caps/dp/B000XSF0P4">these</a>. I use the IC formulation as they are multi-strain. I like them because they are coated to help ensure they get through the stomach intact to do their job in the intestines. They are also TINY and easy for Emily to swallow- round, smooth and smaller than a pea. I give her one twice a day.

Do you only take one per day as the bottle says? At first the price looked expensive-but then I saw that it only says one per day and it might be worth it.

On my current one, I take someties up to 4 per day!
