Problems with Anxiety

From what I've heard and read, this can be very common, post tx. I think the meds you are on can contribute to this. Plus, as others have mentioned, you have been thru a lot and it's understandable that you may feel some anxiety.

I would try to find a therapist that you're comfortable with & see if meds are necessary or not. Possibly meds would only need to be used for a few weeks/months.

I hope you get to feeling better<img src="i/expressions/rose.gif" border="0">

Beautiful Soul! (And you ARE beautiful!) My daughter was diagnosed at 11 yrs old and is now 19. She had HORRIBLE TERRIBLE AWFUL anxiety problems.... that led to more problems until she was diagnosed also with bipolar disorder at age 15. I'm sure you do not have bipolar disorder, but it sounds as if you do have anxiety problems.
My Mother has anxiety and whenever she feels very anxious she takes a Lorazepam, which her Dr prescribed for her, and it helps her a lot. My daughter's psychologist also gave her a list of things that she could do when feeling anxious. Suzie loves the sound of water, so we bought a little fountain (19.99) for her. Also relaxing music..... a favorite chair....... deep breaths......... hot tea.......

Take care.
