By the end of the cycle, I can barely climb the stairs in our apartment without getting completely winded, but within 4 or 5 days of resuming the Tobi...</end quote>

Funny, this is how I felt (after a few years of use) while ON TOBI!

I'm glad you don't feel SOB, etc. while on TOBI. I like what Leah & her doctor have worked out...maybe you could try something like that?

I have the same problem Landy has, ughh! SOB ON Tobi! I finally quit taking it.....freedom

Yes, there must be something you can work out on those off cycles and I am glad Tobi works so well for you. I would suggest Collistin....maybe AL if you qualify. They are also in the 3rd phase of inhaled Levaquin i believe.

I TOTALLY have the same problem! In fact you sound just like me!!!! My off months are so difficult. I just started Zithromax, 3 days a week so not sure if that will help on off months, I will find out in December. I was thinking of increasing my albuterol treatments and vests to include one during the day, but it is so time consuming. My nights are so bad on off months of TOBI and I am not sure what to do. I have been searching for answers for years now.
