Protective Equipment for Baseball

Our son with CF has a port and a feeding tube and is starting to play baseball in the coming days. We are trying to find a thin, protective chest shield but have only found the "heart guard" that does not cover the areas of his chest that need to be protected.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Or the chest guards for karate? They aren't too bulky.

He probably won't need one at this age, since the pitches aren't fast or hard. My kids played baseball for 9 years and never wore chest protectors (both have g-tubes, one has a port too). This is the first year that neither boy is playing- I'm going to miss it.
