I am still having trouble with the Tobi in the nebulizer. It takes her 45min to get it all. I went through my paperwork that came with her nebulizer, and cups, and as I was reading I found in the info that you were supposed to take the cap off the top of the cup if you were using the fish mask. I called the clinic to ask about this...I felt like a real idiot cause I had been using it with the cap on for almost a year to do HS. They said they had never heard anything about taking the cap off. I then called the pari company and they said that I probably had a cup set and info from 2 yrs ago (it was still new, just some were still left on the shelves) that had the old info, they used to recommend taking the cap off, but now they want you to keep it on. Oh and by the way, when I did take the cap off to see, it does make it come out much faster, and none comes out the top, it all went through the mask. She was done in 20 min. But now since I am supposed to leave the cap on, I am wondering if anyone has any other tips for me. I feel lost, maybe I am not doing it correctly? She does so good for about 20-30min wearing the mask, but then she gets tired of it and starts throwing a fit. Is there anything I am not doing that I should be that would make it go faster? Thanks for any suggestions!

Turned out our compressor was faulty. Got a new devilbiss pulmoaide and it took 20-22 minutes. Takes about 22-25 minutes with our pari proneb ultra II which we got a year or so ago.

We were fortunate in that DH's cousin gave us an old pulmoaide which her daughter used for asthma. I have since purchased a newer one out of pocket for less than $100
