Pulmozyme/Vest

Do you Vest with Albuterol before Pulmozyme so that the Pulmozyme has a chance to seep into your lungs or do you Vest afterwards to shake all the mucus the Pulmozyme hopefully broke up? So many conflicting schools of thought. Thanks.

I was always told to do the Vest while doing the Albuteral. It breaks everything up and loosens it so the Pulmozyme has a chance to get into those spaces.

I do my albuterol, vest with hypertonic saline and after I finish vesting I do my Pulmozyme. Works for me.
