Question about donating blood

I have tried numerous times to donate, at first I didnt weigh enough..now that that is not a problem, I am always anemeic.

I used to give plasma when I was younger. I have always been anemic as well, But back then they didnt seem to care very much about my anemia, I remember one time when they took the needle out (that is about half the size of a pencil! but now I have a target for plebotomists when ever they want to take blood...lol) blood just squirted everywhere, and the tech freaked out...lol...But she gave me a valuable tip, did you know that if you get blood on your clothing you can clean it off with your own spit, but it has to be your own spit and your own blood for some odd reason, someone elses spit wouldnt work...lol..It worked! I know crazy and gross...lol...but true!
