Question about email I got from cysticfibrosis.com

I purchased a spirometer about a month ago from a company called Allergy Be Gone on Amazon in the hopes that I could keep up with Abby's lungs. I have only had it about a week because it shipped from over seas. Today I got an email from cystic fibrosis.com to both of my email addresses that I use wanting my opinion about my personal spirometer. Now I don't mind at all giving my opinion about things, but it is blowing my mind...How did they know I bought it? Did anyone else get a similiar email? I haven't told anyone that I purchased it. Really curious.....

I wouldn't be worried. I received the same email and I haven't purchased anything like that. It was probably just a coincidence.

I got the same email and took the survey. I haven't ever purchased a spirometer.

We are measure the interest of the Cystic Fibrosis community to see who is interested in them who has them etc... The Survey was sent to everyone who subscribes to our email listing. I do agree the timing is a coincidence and nothing more. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
