question about zpoints program

I used my zpoints to get an amazon gift card at the beginning of december and have yet to see it...how long did it take for yall to get your stuff you got with the zpoints program?

ok cool thanks! I just wasn't sure how long it should take and couldn't find anything on their website....so hopefully i'll get mine soon!

Both times mine were within days of ordering the cards. You don't get a physical card you get an mail with a code you enter into Amazon for the equivalent credit. Check back around the date you ordered it and also check your spam. I'd give them a call sooner than later if you don't find it.

We always get ours within a day or two. My son said that the zenpep website does not work correctly if you use mozilla firefox as your browser--he had trouble getting his reward order placed. Once he switched to the other browser it went through.

I always get my amazon gift cards e-mailed within a day or so. I would definitely call customer service (if it isn't in your spam folder <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Maybe verify that you input your e-mail correctly??
