I always get my amazon gift cards e-mailed within a day or so. I would definitely call customer service (if it isn't in your spam folder <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Maybe verify that you input your e-mail correctly??

We got are amazon codes within a few days if not I just call them and they resend code , very easy to deal with over the phone.
