Hi pmfwithcf <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

First off, welcome. This site is a great resource to learn about CF related problems. Just ask away and you'll get lots of good info from people to help you.

Off hand here is a <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www3.nbnet.nb.ca/normap/othercfbugs.htm">site</a> listing bugs in general with several links to read.

MAC is being associated with CF much more frequently. Treatment should be aggressive and lengthy to avoid long term damage.

Good luck, hope your daughter feels better. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Welcome to the site!

The National Jewish Medical Center in Denver, CO are the top specialists for MAC. I'm setting up an appt to visit them myself. My doct consulted with them last year before starting my mac treatments, b/c apparently they are the gurus. Here's their site:
<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.nationaljewish.org/disease-info/diseases/nts-mycobac/index.aspx
">http://www.nationaljewish.org/...obac/index.aspx
</a>
--They have a lot of great info on the site.

The Cheshire Medical Center site used to have forums on MAC, but it looks like they changes it slightly. Now you might have to register, but if you can find their forums it would be worth it:
<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.cheshire-med.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1
">http://www.cheshire-med.com/in...ntpage&Itemid=1
</a>

Here some more info:

">http://ajrccm.atsjournals.org/.../full/161/2/641
</a>

I hope your daughter starts feeling better soon!

Kelli - the first and third links don't work. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif" border="0">

I would love to read them as well.

Could you fix them pretty please? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

BTW - so glad to hear you are going to Denver for another opinion. I would too.
