Questions about Enzymes

My daughter tured 3yrs old yesterday she has been taking enzymes since she was 3wks old. Now she takes Creon10 3 w/meals and 1to2w/ snacks

My son is 8 and was just diagnosed a few months ago. He takes 2 Pancreacarb8 w/ each meal, and 2 Pancreacarb4 w/ each snack (am and pm snack). If it wasn't for the pancreatic insuffitiency we wouldn't have known my son had CF. Congrats on the baby. I hope all goes well.

My daughter started taking enzymes at 12 days old, in applesauce. She started swallowing her enzymes when she was 3 yrs. old. (Which was a great milestone!! And made life much easier.) She now takes 5-6 Creon 10's with meals and 2-3 with snacks. She puts all 5 or 6 in her mouth and can even swallow them all without water!! She is now 6 and could also manage her enzyme intake if she had to. She also takes 8ml of Prilosec 2x per day.
