Our daughter, now seven years old, has had a G-tube since she was twenty months old. She was negative tenth percentile, very underweight. I struggled with the docs about it for about six months, worried about a zillion things! Finally, we conceded and I just want you to know it was THE BEST DECISION we ever made for our daughter. She is now completely normal in stature and weight. I agree with the others...it is a liitle extra work/takes an adjustment, but 100% worth it. This summer we started feeds at school too, so if you have any questions, message me.
