Quick healthy meal idea on Running Shape Co. I thought that this was a good idea for a meal, even for the picky eater. I also thought it would nice to hear what ideas people here have for combinations. I do like this site for getting new ideas to stay fit.

QUICK HEALTH MEAL
Kabobs are quick and easy meal that gives you complete control on how you want to make them. Mix and match your fruits, veggies, and meats to come up with new inventive ways to eat healthy.

Letting the combinations of fruits and veggies flavor the meat will cut down on the calories but if looking to add a little more flavor to your meal, marinate the meat before you assemble the kabobs.

I personally like the combination of pineapple, peppers, and chicken/beef cooked over the grill. This quick and easy meal can provide plenty of protein as well as fruits and veggies.
