reactions to I.V's

A topic i have been meaning to mention earlier......

but i haven't had much luck with I.V anti-biotics and am scared one day there will just be no more left to get rid of my 'bug's'. You name it ive reacted to it. I was last hospitalized in Dec to be de-censitised to an anti-biotic and that didnt work, so they tried de-censouring me to another and thankfully it was successful to a point that i felt my body was resisting the drug and it not really helping much.. But i just keep thinking the next time i come down with an infection will i react to the anit-biotic and be back to square one again with even less options avaliable....

I know its probably more of a doctor's question but just wanted peoples opinions is any one else in the same boat ? thanks

well i know theres two certain antibiottic iv's my bf either can't have or has to go on steriods. I have a little story about one.
During the summer we where due to go away on holiday together, unfortunetly he got a chest infection about a week and a half before that was fine he went on iv's and he had to do two days on holiday which didn't really really bother us. so one night sitting in his house i was looking at one of his iv bottles and i said why is this girls name on ur iv and we realised the company that gives him his meds sent him another person meds one that he was allergic to(typical) i think its called tasisen(can't spell that) so he took it out immediately but that one bottel knocked him out for 4 days nearly didn't go on holiday. lol just thought i'd share that with everyone.
the other one i think is forturm or cirproxcen(can't spell that either!!), he needs steriods if he's on that(i think its that one anyways. Other than that he's all good
