Ellie is currently on Bactrim, Cipro, and Tobi because she cultured pseudos She has had extremely bad diarhea. She is taking probiotics (lactinex 3-4X a day). I don't think it's C. Diff because it doesn't smell bad at all (really less smelly than her normal poops). She is eating and drinking normally and doesn't seem to be bothered. We talked to the doctor on Friday, and I am calling again in the morning. Is this normal for Cipro? She's been on Bactrim before and it's not been like this. I know if it doesn't get better, he will take her off the Cipro and that will probably mean IV's. Any insight would be great. Thanks

In addition to organic yogurt, some things that might help firm things up:
Oatmeal
Rice
Gelatin.

Good luck with this.
