Refrigerate HTS?

If I were making at home, I'd certainly refrigerate it. Same goes for a multidose vial from the pharmacy I presume because there are no preservatives in it. Maybe you can ask.

Why aren't you getting the PARI HyperSal? They come in pre-mixed single use vials.

I use the apothecary because when I transferred pharmacies over a year ago, the pre-mixed vials were not available for my main pharmacy (Target) so the referred me to a local apothecary/compounding pharmacy.

We are just now switching to the HyperSal too. I think it used to only be available through the foundation pharmacy - but it still sounds like not every pharmacy is selling it yet. My son's clinic's pharmacy doesn't have it yet. His doctor and nurse couldn't understand why not, since they are a CFF clinic. I was just told by another pharmacy that it is commercially available and already compounded when they receive it.

I get 3% and 10% Sodium Chloride from CVS Pharmacy. It was their first time getting it for anyone--the manufacturer is "Dey". Conveniently, half of each make 7% and I toss the remainder. I never thought to refrigerate it. I'll have to call their customer service on Monday.
