If you think about it, many people may be interested in the life of us CF'ers.
If for no other reason than to compare how good they have it as compared to someone who has to deal with CF on a daily basis.
There may be a reality show in it for one of us eh?
People may be intersted in the whole transplant story too.
Lord knows there is alot to show when it comes to Transplant.

This is the first time I've ever seen this topic brought up since joining in 2006 so first of all I wanted to say hats off for being original AND being very relevent. I have never been really into a show. I have never thought of it as that I didn't relate but now that I think about it I'm sure that has something to do with it. Also, I have never wanted to escape. Ever since I remember there is more that I want to do in my day than fits. TV seems like a waste of time. I have a difficult time sitting and watching a movie without doing something else at the same time. We dropped cable in 2005. I haven't missed it and enjoy not hearing the bad news on the evening news.

Thanks for replying all. I haven't been thinking about asking anyone to portray my life, although I would find it interesting to read about the daily life of a cf patient in a magazine.

And, I would also like to see a common cf patient (like myself) having a secondary role in a tv show, the show doesn't have to be about cf, just e.g. if a friend of Carrie had cf, and before the girls went out, she had to do a treatment. Just matteroffactly... Becasue we have lives like everyone else, and ours is just as "normal" as everyone elses, it's just our definiton of normal.

There are so many of us (more and more being diagnosed into adulthood), and we shouldn't stand in the shadows, but let our voice be heard!
