now that you mention it, it is kinda funny that we have an actual "dog-walker" lol. i'm living w/ my parents right now, and all of us work full time...my poor dog is like 80 something in dog years so if he doesn't get a walk during the day we get stains on the carpet...not fun. but yes, he is spoiled <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Yep. I've taken it and I really did like it. I hated the 2 shakes a day thing. It is more of a cellular nutrition make up that is higher amounts of nutrition than your normal vitamins. I switched to something even better because they came in pill form, they are pharmaceutical grade (the doses that they say are in are really in it) and I swear even more by it. I have lots more energy, my arthritis b/c of my CF does not hurt me at all and my bowels are much healthier..stay normal during IV and oral antibiotics. I don't take naps like I used to. And they say for athletes (like yourself, Debra <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> ) the supplements help in the recovery time as well. We are going to the Columbus Marathon in 2 weeks to tell runners about them! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I joined the business part of it because i loved them so much and wanted to tell other CFers the real difference they've made in me! (I get to work from home and my own hours!) What do I have to do pay people to try them!? HA.

I only gave it a couple months shot and the only thing I noticed is that it helped regulate my blood sugars.

Let me warn ya right now, you will get at least weekly calls from your director, or up-line. They will call and want you to listen to testimonials all the time, attend their weekly meetings, sign up to be a distributor so you can get products at a reduced price, etc.
The gal that was selling to me would even have the person on the other line when she called me, just assuming that I had nothing better to do then stop what I was doing to listen to this testimony...thank God for caller ID, after awhile I just didn't answer the phone.
