Routine

We do treatments morning and night. Before Luke got his vest, we would do 20-30 minutes of CPT in the am (while he was still pretty sleepy so he would hold still)and then do his albuterol, dornase and pulmicort. At night (last thing before bed) we would do CPT again and then do his albuterol and pulmicort. If he is sick, we usually do one to two extra CPT and albuterol treatments. (He has had his vest for about a year, so we do that instead of CPT on a normal basis, but still do it by hand for extra treatments if he is sick.) We have changed our routine some since Luke was first diagnosed, but this does seem to work the best for him and for us.
Hope that helps!
