Wow, this is something I really want to try out. I take epsom salt spa baths a few times a week and I always feel better. Thanks for the info. I am going to google Salt Spas. If anyone knows of one in nyc please let me know.
I went to one in Naperville, IL. I didn't experience too much benefit - I get more benefit out of hypertonic saline, however fun to relax in and others sound like they've experienced some benefit. So, for all you Illinois-ians out there....Naperville is the place!
