Mike's dad Steve signed up for this CF fundraiser several months ago. It's a two-day bike ride that totals, I think 150 miles. It's absolutely insane. Starts in Massachusetts, then they go up to Maine, and come back down to Mass again. I think it's really great, though. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Either way, Mike just told me Steve's grand total. He made $1,330 all by himself. Apparently when he sent in the first lump check of $600, the CF Foundation called him up and asked if they could help! lol, it seems they were rather impressed. And so am I! <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0">

That's great to hear!...Is he going to be participating in the bike ride? And is this the same fundraiser that you had posted on awhile back with his dad's letter? That was such a great letter, Mike's family sure cares a lot about you!

I forgot to tell you that Aunt Jean sent a check for $50 to Steve with a note telling him who she was and that she loved that he was bike riding for CF and you.

Yes it's the same fundraiser that I posted the letter about before... hehehe. And mom, did she mail it right to this house for Steve? Or do you have it?

That is so wonderful that you are wrapped around so much love and support... I think Mike just may be a keeper for you...I am sure from reading your posts that you give as much love to his family as they give to you...
