Do you use the superstregnth oregonal p-73, or the regular stength? Also, how do you feel about thyme oil? I was thinking about using it through a facial suana (like that mentioned in the other post). Also, I recommend that tap water never be used for inhalation, (as it may contain nasty bugs) use distilled water instead.

I use the regular strength caps and oil. I will order the super strength of both next time around. Thyme oil is one oil on the "don't use for internal use" list due to it's heavy quantity of thymol, which is the majority of it's antimicrobial abilities. If you want to use Thyme oil, i'd recommend using the steam method as opposed to nebbing it. And yes never use tap water with say nebs or anything else you inhale unless it boils before it's used. Even then due to some peoples crappy local tap water, it's best to have a gallon of distilled water on hand for medical use, because boiling will just kill the organisms, and not take care of other nasties like heavy metals and the like.
Now that I know there is a cheaper alternative than high end diffusers for delivering the various oils in steam into my lungs, I plan on getting a cheat face sauna thing like the other poster did, and using that with several different antimicrobial oils. While I am fine now, theres always room for improvement.
