haha, lex i can tell you like showers practically as much as i do! i do think it's gonna drive me craaaaazy.

i have the wipes, but it's not the same. i also bought a chair to use in the shower (which i'm already using now)

i'll keep my eyes peeled for some good dry shampoo, and try not to stress about growing a una-brow!! yikes

At first they only wanted me taking baths, but after I was released from the hospital, about 10 days, I was able to take showers. They just didnt want water to directly hit the incision.

Best part about Columbia, huh lex? At least you haven't been hospitalized there for the past 6 years! I love the place in so many ways, and would never complain about the care I get there, but man that shower thing is such a problem. Last I heard non-lung patients were allowed to use them again, but for us it's a not now, not ever sort of situation. Sigh.

How come there is bacteria only in the hospital pipes? I would feel worried it was the entire city's water haha.

Is it basically like the whole non tb biofilms being aerosoled into the air b/c of the shower heads? Because I assume you can use the sinks? Hypthetically if they had tubs then you could bath that way right?
