Hi Maria- He takes Reglan 3x/day(to speed stomach emptying) and Zantac 2x/day. He also had the fundoplication which is supposed to make refluxing physically impossible, which is why he can't vomit or burp.(Can you imagine a seven year old boy who doesn't burp?!). If your daughter is doing ok with the sysytem you have now for feeds thats great. If not, you can always try backing up the rate and/or amount to something easily tolerated, then build back up slowly. He has used the Viokase successfully since he was 18mos, the dose is now up to 1/4tsp before and after the feed.

Whoops-one more thing. We always adjust the amount of enzyme to how much and what he eats. At the start of the meal, once he actually starts eating(cause you never know w/ these little devils!) we'll give him 3 Creon 5s. If he keeps it up, he gets another 3. And if he eats a mega-meal(hooray!) he gets two more. The only time he gets a set amount of enzyme without regard to how much he eats is at school at lunch. They just give him 5 no matter what. sigh. I guess I feel grateful that they remember at all. Anyway, this has avioded stoppage problems for us, and also he knows that your dose depends on what you eat, so I hope he'll be ready to take over some responsibility for taking enzymes himself-someday!

Hey guys, thanks for all the tips! I actually think what was wrong was I had a bit of a cold and coughing a lot and my stomach wasn't feeling good to begin with that's why I was throwing. I haven't been doing it as much, just when I cough really really hard. And also too I get a huge amount of sun in the morning in my room and it might have been making the formula too hot and making it sour, and I don't have shades so I am using this big blanket until I get them and that seemed to help also.
