Be your own advocate, Sara. You know your body better than a doctor who see's how many patients a day. If you feel you need to be in hospital, than by all means try to get in. I hope you start to feel better soon. I know what it feels like when you don't think you're being listened to. Good luck!

and your phillosophy of treating yourself with IV's and evaluating yourself not by how often you've been in the hospital, but rather your FEV1 or overall lung health </B> is so wise of you.

docs aren't perfect. you know that. and if you need IV's, you need IV's. like you said - you'll be healthier for it in the long term.
