I don't think those are straight symptoms of rejection, but I know my center wants us to call if we unintentionally lose 10 lbs or more or unintentionally gain 10 lbs or more. Soreness or pain may be residual pain from incisions or something. I am just over 4 years out and still get incision pain at times or random nerve pain as per my docs.

Signs of rejection

Fever - usually over 101
Increase in coughing
Decrease in pulmonary function tests
Shortness of breath

I will say though I am sure like most things rejection can present differently in different people. If YOU feel something isn't right call your center. You may just be sick with an infection or it maybe nothing too severe, but it never hurts to call just to make sure.

Good Luck and hope things turn out to be A ok.

ive been told by my  Drs that what "coltsfan" posted are all the typical signs of rejection. im 3 months out of surgery and went thru one episode of rejection, i noticed by PFTs dipped a little, i was slightly more out of breath, and luckily i had a slight fever (yes luckily, because i knew i had to call my coordinator if i had a fever) the 3rd day and called the hospital. So i didnt feel really bad, just not 100% good, i even ran and biked the day before i was admitted with typical acute rejection, so id say listen to ur lungs and if anything doesnt feel 100% normal call your hospital......it can only help.
