Sinus flushes with Bulb Syringe

Hello there! I frequently do sinus irrigations with a bulb syringe. I am wondering what the rest of you do to sterilize your bulb syringe? Right now I fill it up with rubbing alcohol, swish it around, and then squirt it out. Then I get the outside of it wet with the rubbing alcohol and leave it to dry. I've tried boiling them, but its hard to make sure the boiling water gets inside the bulb syringe to sterilize it. Any tips or tricks that you all use and could share would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

I used really hot water & soap, then rinsed it and then alcohol on DS'. He had one with a plug in the bulb end you could opened up for better cleaning access. Nowdays we do ayr sinus rinses instead.

I usually get the bulb syringes that can withstand being boiled. I find it easier to clean the bulb syringes that actually open up.
