My ENT has my buy a 1.5 fl oz bottle of saline nasal spray from the drug store, pry off the nozzle, drop in two Singulair tablets, put the nozzle back on, and shake the bottle. Then I spray two sprays in each nostril twice a day. The bottle lasts me a month. I'm sorry for the confusion - I hope this clears it up!<br>
