I use the NeilMed sinus rinse irrigation system, and I love it! You take distilled water and mix it with the packet of Sodium Bicarb and just run it through your nose. It's about 4oz. per nostril.

I use it twice a day, sometimes 3 a day if I'm feeling particularly stuffed up.

It's available at Walgreens, Wal Mart, etc. You can also find them online.

Okay, that is very similar to the sinus neb I got- it's an Aeroneb Go nebulizer with a sinus neb attachment (vibrating mesh, like the eFlow, but MUCH easier to take care of).

I cleaned mine with handwash dish detergent, and then ran a tsp? of hydrogen peroxide through it,then rinsed with sterile water and let dry.

I LOVED mine, it cleared up- yep, cleared up- the p.a. in my nose, and I would love to use it for everything.

The European version is boilable, and last I heard, we were supposed to be getting that version here. Have you contacted the sinus neb company and asked them? Oh please, tell me that it's the boilable one- I'll call clinic tomorrow! lol . But if it's not, I used mine for 28 days, 3x/day, with great results . Let me know how it goes!
