someone mentioned that the worse you do, the higher your lung allocation score, which is true... but it also depends on the transplant center. where i go, to agree to list you, they want you to be able to walk a minimum distance... 1000- 1200 is what i am pulling out of my brain, but that could be wrong. i usually shoot for 1250 on 5L. they like for their candidates to be in good physical shape in preparation for the surgery. although, i'm useless for the rest of the day after a 6 min walk!
