Skin issues with my 2 year old

Piper has what Owen's mom referred to, Keratosis Pilaris. It's actually thought to be genetic, and is not curable. That said, some children do outgrow it. She has the bumps year round, but they seem to be worse during the winter, I'm assuming because of the dry heat.

It's mainly her upper arms and thighs, also a bit on her cheeks, that are affected. The skin there looks like raw chicken skin, bump-wise. It's completely harmless, at this point we use a bufpuf, and Gold Bond Ultimate Healing. It helps quite a bit. There are prescription strength creams available, and microdermabrasion can also be used, but I'm saving things like that for when she gets older if she starts feeling self-conscious about it.
