smell of smoke

Alicia,
It is so worth it! You will not believe how good you feel afterward knowing that you quit for your daughter (and yourself!)
As a side note: You will not believe how fast you become grossed out by the smell of smoke on others after you have quit. (It takes a couple of months for that to kick in)Good luck and hang in there!
Barbara (almost 18 years smoke-free) ;o)

My future father-in-law recently quit smoking, because he got kidney cancer (most people don't know it, but kidney cancer is caused by smoking quite often.) His wife still hasn't quit, and in my opinion, probably never will. Some people just need a wake up call, and for some even their spouse getting cancer doesn't register.
