We here in NH are suffering with smoke from the Canadian brush fires being blown down upon our State. It has travelled right out to the ocean here on the seacoast. Visibilty has been reduced dramatically all over. It is trapping me in my house with the windows closed on some very hot days and no A/C. We were supposed to get some rain to help but it never materialized in my area....I feel bad for the Canadians but I am miserable trapped in my house!!! It burns your lungs and makes your eyes feel like sand has blown in them. Yuck!

Hey. We had it here in VT too. We kept Maggie inside all day but last night we luckily had rain and a wind shift and it was gone. Hopefully it won't be back because it was tough keeping a 16 month old inside our little ranch on an 84 degree day with no windows open and no AC running. The air quality advisory said Unhealthy for Everyone.

Was all over southern MA and RI too. Obv not as severe, but my voice is all scratchy, dont know if it is connected to the fires, but assuming so.
