the following smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and thanks to the frozen yoghurt is about 500 calories worth. This smoothie once a day is 7 servings of fruit which is in excess of daily requirements...so you can live on mcD's and KFC for the rest of the day!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

3 big scoops of frozen yoghurt (I use mixed berry flavour)
1 slice of pineapple
1 green kiwi-fruit
1 gold kiwi-fruit
1 tamarillo (tree tomato)
Handful of Blackberries
Handful of Raspberries
Handful of Strawberries
1/2 cup orange/apple/cranberry juice

This mixture is very thick it needs to be eaten with a spoon but is absolutely delicious!!

I just like mixed frozen fruit for a snack. I am going to experiment and add some of the ingredients listed above but I am watching calories now.

love frozen fruit blended in my cusinart and then I freeze it again for a sherbert consistency.
