I don't know if you are looking to gain weight, but my daughter loved waffles with syrup and butter, and pasta with lots of butter, right before bed.

We pretty fed DS whatever he wanted to eat 'cuz we knew he'd eat it and then we'd try to get him to try other stuff. Even if it meant yogurt for breakfast, mac & cheese for lunch and supper.

Wasn't much of a sweets eater, but liked saltier foods -- pretzel sticks, saltines.

i saw these new pretzel filled with peanut butter(if your child is old enough for peanut butter). They have 7 grams of fat for about 10 pretzel nuggets. And they are pretty salty. Problem is everyone else in the family likes them too!

Hi Jenn,

Potato chips, the Lay's plain, on a plate, put colby-jack cheese on them, warm them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Zoe likes them! She eats a lot of:
Mac & cheese, jazmine rice with butter (mixed with either peas, broccolli or for breakfast a scrambled egg!!), cut up pieces of colby-jack with green olives & crackers (that is her favorite afternoon snack!), we buy the good ice creams, like Breyers or Edys because they have a lot more cream in them, she likes a little of that after lunch & dinner! I buy avocados sometimes and smash them up into a guacomole, she loves that on tortilla's with melted cheese dip.
Good luck, new snack ideas are always great to have!

My guy started peanut butter at about 14 months-- the nut fats are sooooo much nicer than meat fats. But he ALWAYS loved ham and salami too (we get the non-nitrite kinds at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's).

Guacamole is a real winner too.

Pizza bites-- the melted cheese on a cracker or whatever.

Lox!
