My Cfer is 4 and we still make "pea soup" with baby food and butter. Won't touch a "real pea" but loves "pea soup", lol.

The book sounds great. I am going to look into it.

These techniques are really working! Today they (unbeknownst to them) had zuccini and cauliflower in their scrambled eggs, with typical toast and bacon. I made a sweet but no sugar, high calorie drink for Ben with 1 cup rice milk, 1 banana, ground almonds (1/4 cup ground in a coffee grinder), and 2 TBSP of cocoa. You could add a bit of MCT if you need more calories or use coconut milk instead of rice or cows milk.

Just wanted you to know they really can't tell and neither can I most of the time!
